June's teaching style focusses on listening to the needs of the whole person.Through direct experience and gentle, clear guidance, learn how to practise yoga in a way which
supports your body’s needs, your mind’s clarity, your emotional stability and spiritual atunement. June custom designs her classes to accomodate the needs of her students, whether it is to slow down and tune in, to heal physical conditions which require gentleness, or to simply increase your level of well being.
Hatha Basics Class
A hatha yoga program ideal for those new to yoga or those who would like to develop a solid foundation in traditional yoga. Start with the basics and build body/breath awareness, flexibility, and strength.
Yin Yoga Class
Practice longer, slower stretches with an attitude of surrender and a relaxation of effort. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, tendons, bones and joints.

Yoga Therapy
...is distinguished from regular yoga in that it puts the healing emphasis on specific areas of
the body and mind. Yoga therapy may target a condition such as chronic pain, or a part of the body which is not functioning optimally
due to injury or illness, mental and emotional areas of distress such as anxiety, depression,attention deficit and stress. This is accomplished through the practice of specific yoga
postures and breathwork.
