Yoga Therapy
...is distinguished from regular yoga in that it puts the healing emphasis on specific areas of
the body and mind. Yoga therapy may target a condition such as chronic pain, or a part of the body which is not functioning optimally
due to injury or illness, mental and emotional areas of distress such as anxiety, depression,attention deficit and stress. This is accomplished through the practice of specific yoga
postures and breathwork.
Hatha Basics Class & Hatha Basics Workshop
A hatha yoga program ideal for those new to yoga or those who would like to develop a solid foundation in traditional yoga. Start with the basics and build body/breath awareness, flexibility, and strength.
The pre-registered workshop progresses cumulatively
each week.

Gentle Awareness Yoga Class
Experience a class where the focus is on listening to the needs of the whole person.Through direct experience and gentle, clear guidance, learn how to practise yoga in a way which
supports your body’s needs, your mind’s clarity, your emotional stability and spiritual atunement.This class is designed for those who want
to slow down and tune in as well as for those with physical conditions which require gentleness.
